The challenge

People were using three apps to move their own money: one per bank card, one for the exchange rate, and a calculator for what was left. In interviews one user asked: "Which app is my money in right now?" The job was to make top-ups, transfers, exchange and IBAN payments feel calm, never scary.

One form for every move.

Results

  • 6kinds of money moves: top-up, two withdraws, two transfers, exchange.
  • 1pattern for all of them: From, To, Amount.
  • 90+screens designed across flows, states, panels and popups.
  • 0dead ends: every flow ends with an answer.
