How we work

No surprises.

You know the plan, the price and the date before we start. Then you watch it get built.

  1. Step 1, call. Tell us what you want to build.

A short call. You talk, we ask. Who is it for, what must it do on day one, when do you need it.

    No pitch deck required.

  2. Step 2, scope. A fixed plan, price and launch date.

After the call you get a short written plan: the screens, the features, the price and the launch date. What is in, and what is not. You sign it or you don't.

The price does not move unless the scope does.

  3. Step 3, build. A working build on your phone every Friday.

Not a mockup, not a status email. The real app, installed on your phone. Tap through it, leave notes, and next Friday it is better.

You see progress every week, not once at the end.

  4. Step 4, launch. Live in about eight weeks.

We ship to the web, the App Store and Google Play. We handle the submission and the fixes the stores ask for.

Bigger products take longer. The plan says exactly how long.

Every Friday.

Then we keep it running.

Most products need a second round once real people use them. We can stay on to fix, measure and add, or hand you everything: code, designs and accounts.

Questions.

Who owns the code?
You do. Code, designs and every account are yours from day one.
What if I change my mind halfway?
We update the plan together. New scope, new price, new date, agreed in writing before we build it.
Do you only work with startups?
No. Founders with an idea, and companies with a product that needs a rebuild.
Can I see a Friday build before I sign?
Look at our work. Every product there was shipped the same way.
